Your Mt. Juliet Chamber offers multiple programs that are excellent opportunities for you to meet new people and make beneficial connections in a short period of time.

BizBoost
This engaging speaker series includes informative, interactive, small business educational workshops, and Lunch & Learns; some of which also offer CEU credits. These programs are held numerous times each year and with a wide variety of topics, there is something for everyone. From QuickBooks Training to Cryptocurrency, Roberts Rules of Order to Canva classes, social media to LinkedIn, and everything in between, this program is loaded with benefits all included in your Chamber Membership! 

Chamber NetWORKS
Typically held at least 2-3 times per month, the goal of this program is to help promote businesses that promote themselves and each other. Learn how to build your business while helping others build there as well. Bring plenty of business cards, lots of enthusiasm, and be ready to meet new friends and learn about each other's businesses while you grow your network... all while having fun!

Community Development
Interested in hearing firsthand about new businesses considering or already planning to call Mt. Juliet home? If so, you don't want to miss these regularly scheduled programs. Along with a special guest speaker, you will get to hear from our local leaders providing real-time updates, construction timelines, projected completion dates, and more! There is always time for Q & A, networking, and introductions to those leading the way in our Economic, Business & Community Development efforts. 

Monthly Chamber Luncheon
Combining a fantastic meal and great programs, in a casual networking environment, our Monthly Luncheons are the perfect way to stay informed, entertained, and connected with other local businesspersons. At these luncheons, the Chamber also recognizes and presents our Community Enhancement of the Month Award. Leading Women
The Mt. Juliet Chamber’s Leading Women program is designed to inspire, engage, and elevate women from all walks of life across our community. Through purposeful networking, meaningful mentorship, and empowering events, Leading Women creates a dynamic platform where women can build relationships, share experiences, and grow both personally and professionally.

Leadership By The Book
Join a community of business owners and leaders for a monthly, one hour faith-based gathering. This group is a space for like-minded professionals to connect, reflect and grow- both spiritually and as leaders in the business world. Through scripture, discussion, and shared experiences, we explore how faith can shape our values, influence our leadership, and guide us in making wise, ethical decisions. It provides practical insight to help you lead with integrity, purpose and servant hearted vision.

MasterMind
Increase your understanding of how to work ON your business to help it grow in a productive and successful way. (We offer 2 - 6-week classes, held annually)

Non-Profit Leadership Council
The Mt. Juliet Nonprofit Leadership Council meets monthly and is open to the public—regardless of nonprofit affiliation. These meetings bring together nonprofit leaders and community members to discuss topics of shared interest, featuring guest speakers from across Middle Tennessee and Wilson County. The goal is to strengthen and sustain local nonprofits by addressing the needs and priorities of our community; registration is required to attend.

Small Business Counseling
In partnership with the Tennessee Small Business Development Council (TSBDC), Chamber Members & Small Business Owners have the opportunity to take advantage of no-cost and confidential one on one counseling. This program provides valuable information and best practices for a wide range of businesses and industries. With a large array of resources, one can also gather information on how to grow and develop a successful, thriving small business! 

Your County Connection
YCC is an opportunity to meet and share ideas and concerns with our County Officials. Held monthly, this program is engaging, informative, and fun. Focusing on the unincorporated areas of the County and County funded departments (Education, Courts, WEMA, Sherrif's Office, Solid Waste, County Roads, and Agricultural & Rural Development, etc.) these casual meetings are a great way to stay informed on all things Wilson County.

Your State Connection
YSC is a program designed to ensure open and informative communication with our elected State Officials. Meeting at the Chamber on a monthly basis ensures our Chamber Members are provided the opportunity to get to know our State Legislators on a more personal level, to share their ideas and concerns, and to have a true "Connection" to our State House Representative & State Senator.
